Targeted Golf-Fitness Game Enhancement

 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 

 

The sole purpose of the Landings Club Performance Golf Program is to make you a better golfer.  Do not be mistaken, this is not a general, run-of-the-mill fitness program!  We are not training for a marathon or for a body building competition. This is a sports specific program that identifies swing issues and then attacks the problem with motor skill training and isolated fitness exercises to improve the client’s game quickly, efficiently and safely.  What makes it special is the intense communication between our Golf Professionals and our Fitness Professionals. 

The program starts with a full body evaluation, followed by a comprehensive swing evaluation.  The Golf Professional and the Fitness Professional will assess both evaluations and collaborate together to decide the best course of action to improve the client’s golf game.  The Fitness Professional will choose exercises that will strengthen and enhance specific body parts the Golf Professional has found to cause issues in the clients swing. The Fitness Pro will attack strength, flexibility and mobility issues that coincide with the motor skill training the Golf Professional is working on during their lessons.  This program is designed for the amateur golfer as well as Professional level players.
